The Ministry of Climate Change and Environmental Coordination, under the Federal Government of Pakistan, has announced new job opportunities for the year 2025. The Ministry is looking for eligible Pakistani citizens to apply for various vacant posts. Interested candidates can submit their applications online through the National Jobs Portal (NJP).

Great Opportunity for Young and Qualified Candidates

These jobs are an excellent opportunity for young and fresh graduates in Pakistan. Both males and females can apply. Applicants must have at least a PhD, Master’s, or Professional degree in a relevant field from any HEC-recognized university in Pakistan. The last date to apply is May 11, 2025.

Young Climate Fellowship Program by MOCC

The Ministry of Climate Change has also introduced a new “Young Climate Fellowship Program.” This is a one-year fellowship that aims to support talented youth who have strong academic records and leadership qualities. These fellows will help the ministry in different climate-related projects. Both males and females from across Pakistan are eligible to apply.

وزارت ماحولیاتی تبدیلی نے “ینگ کلائمٹ فیلوشپ پروگرام” بھی شروع کیا ہے۔ یہ ایک سال کا پروگرام ہے جس کا مقصد ذہین اور باصلاحیت نوجوانوں کو ماحولیاتی منصوبوں میں مدد کے لیے تیار کرنا ہے۔ مرد اور خواتین دونوں پورے پاکستان سے درخواست دے سکتے ہیں۔

The official advertisement was published in newspapers on April 27, 2025. The last date to apply is May 11, 2025. The Ministry is inviting applications from Pakistani citizens for the Young Climate Fellowship Program. Interested applicants who meet the requirements can apply through the National Jobs Portal.

وزارت ماحولیاتی تبدیلی کی نوکریوں کا اشتہار 27 اپریل 2025 کو اخبارات میں شائع ہوا۔ درخواست دینے کی آخری تاریخ 11 مئی 2025 ہے۔ وزارت پاکستانی شہریوں سے ینگ کلائمٹ فیلوشپ پروگرام کے لیے درخواستیں طلب کر رہی ہے۔ مطلوبہ شرائط پوری کرنے والے امیدوار نیشنل جابز پورٹل کے ذریعے اپلائی کر سکتے ہیں۔

About the Young Climate Fellowship Program

This fellowship gives young professionals the chance to work on real climate projects. Fellows will take part in learning sessions and work on important ministry assignments. They will also gain knowledge about how the government creates and applies policies related to climate and environment.

یہ فیلوشپ نوجوان پروفیشنلز کو ماحولیاتی منصوبوں پر کام کرنے کا موقع دیتی ہے۔ فیلوز تربیتی سرگرمیوں میں شامل ہوں گے اور وزارت کے اہم منصوبوں پر کام کریں گے۔ اس کے ساتھ ساتھ وہ حکومت کی پالیسیوں اور ماحولیاتی حکمت عملیوں کے بارے میں عملی تجربہ حاصل کریں گے۔

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must have at least 16 years of education such as a PhD, Master’s, or a professional degree in the relevant fields from a recognized local or foreign university. Applicants should be between 20 and 32 years of age as of the closing date. Those with some experience in the environmental field or academic research are preferred. Also, the applicant must not be part of any other youth program.

اہلیت کے لیے امیدوار کے پاس کم از کم 16 سالہ تعلیم ہونی چاہیے جیسے پی ایچ ڈی، ماسٹرز یا متعلقہ فیلڈ میں پروفیشنل ڈگری۔ عمر کی حد 20 سے 32 سال کے درمیان ہونی چاہیے۔ ماحولیاتی فیلڈ میں تجربہ رکھنے والوں کو ترجیح دی جائے گی۔ مزید یہ کہ امیدوار کسی اور نوجوان پروگرام میں شامل نہ ہو۔
